1. Introduction Welcome to DJS Transportation! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided DJS Transportation offers local transportation and small package delivery services within Plymouth, MA. Our services include:

  • Taxi services for individual rides.
  • Delivery of small packages or personal items.
  • Drop-off services within the designated service area.

3. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings for rides or deliveries must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service.
  • Prices for services will be provided during the booking process, and payment is due at the time of booking.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. No cash payments are accepted.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled ride or delivery to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

4. Delivery Terms

  • DJS Transportation is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather conditions, or road closures.
  • For deliveries, the sender is responsible for providing accurate details of the recipient and ensuring the package is correctly labeled. DJS Transportation is not liable for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect recipient information.
  • DJS Transportation reserves the right to refuse to deliver prohibited or hazardous materials, including but not limited to firearms, illegal substances, or dangerous chemicals.

5. Liability

  • DJS Transportation strives to ensure the safety of passengers and the security of delivered items. However, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries that may occur during the transportation or delivery process, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.
  • In the case of lost or damaged items during delivery, the liability of DJS Transportation is limited to the value of the item being delivered or a maximum of $100, whichever is less.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure they are available at the agreed pickup or delivery time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
  • By booking a service, the customer agrees to provide accurate and truthful information for the booking. Any misuse of our services or fraudulent behavior will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
